Step One - Are you in our service area?

James River Remodeling LLC is located in Richmond, Virginia. We generally choose to work within a narrow radius that includes the West End of Henrico County, Northern Chesterfield County (like Bon Air or Midlothian), or in The Museum and Fan Districts in the city. It is beneficial to have all our jobs close to one another and near our office and vendors.

Step Two - Fill out Consultation Form

We ask that you fill out the form so that we can best assist you. Our process begins with a qualifying email discussing your kitchen or bath remodel to make sure we are a fit for your project. In this initial email and-or follow up phone call, we will briefly introduce ourselves, ask questions about why you would like to remodel, determine if you are in our service area, discuss planning and construction timelines, and talk about your budget.

Step Three - In-Home Free Consultation

If it is determined that we work in your area and that your kitchen or bathroom remodel falls within our parameters, then will set up a In-Home meeting to discuss the project further. We will discuss project overview, floor plan options, selection overview, and discuss realistic budgets. It is important for the homeowner to know that there are a multitude of options and various price points for selections that can determine a scope of work for a kitchen and bathroom remodel. There is no standard cost for a kitchen and bathroom remodel. We need to have an idea of what realistic budget you have to work with. We will discuss this further and then give you some parameters for the project.
